Desert Crossings is governed by the Desert Crossings Homeowners Association . The Association is owner-controlled and governed by a Board of Directors consisting of volunteer owners. The Association hired a Property Manager to administer its day-to-day activities. The Property Manager is Carol Keyser and her staff at Pinehurst Properties, Inc.
